NaSy Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your personal information across all our services.

What We Collect

• Email addresses — for AI Insights newsletter, Vela reports, inquiries
• Billing and usage data — for Vela analysis: monthly spend, providers, CSV uploads
• API keys — for Vela analysis (read-only, one-time fetch, not stored)
• Company information — for Argo inquiries
• Self-assessment data — for AI Readiness Audit (processed client-side only)
• Tadka 52 account data — email (magic-code login only), saved recipes, meal plans, shopping list (stored in Supabase, synced across devices)

How We Collect It

Through website forms, email, CSV uploads, and API integrations.

How We Use It

To deliver the service you requested, send reports, and improve our products.

Data Storage & Retention

• AI Readiness Audit data: client-side only (localStorage), never transmitted
• Pocket CGT: client-side only (CSV transaction data processed locally)
• Tadka 52: optional account (Supabase Auth, magic-code email), saved recipes / meal plans / shopping list in Supabase; AI questions sent to Google Gemini for processing (not used for training); Stripe handles credit purchases on the web app
• Vela analysis: data processed in-memory, ephemeral /tmp/vela-leads.jsonl on Vercel (lost on redeploy)
• Emails: stored in inbox/Resend
• We retain data only as long as needed for the purpose collected

Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information. We share with:

• Resend — email delivery (US-based servers)
• n8n — automation workflows
• Supabase — Tadka 52 authentication and user data storage
• Google Gemini API — Tadka 52 AI responses
• Stripe — Tadka 52 credit purchases (web app only)

Your Rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing contact@nasyhub.com.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, ephemeral processing, and minimal data collection.

Cookies

We do not currently set tracking cookies. If analytics are added, we'll update this policy and provide consent options.

Changes

We'll notify you of material changes via email or website notice.
